The work of the administration is permeated by cooperation, holistic approach and efficient use of resources. The Public Works Administration consists of the following operational areas: Spatial Planning, Water, Sewerage and Waste, Streets, Parks and Forests and Real Estate, Environment and Construction. The Projects and Investment unit manages and coordinates the administration's new and reinvestments. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Manager, you are involved in the entire construction process and are responsible for continuous monitoring of time, finances, work environment and more in projects, from feasibility study, design up to commissioning and handover. You will work closely with the departments within the Public Works Administration, especially the Water and Wastewater Department, the Technical Department and the Physical Planning Unit, but also the Property Department. You will also provide support to other project managers in your area of expertise. You are, for example, a requirement setter and purchaser of consultant and contractor services, a representative and contact person for the municipality of Boden towards authorities and other stakeholders, and an internal contact person. As a project manager, you are the one who moves the project forward, you have good ability to organize, communicate and lead the project members.
