The school is located 6 km from central Boden beautifully situated in Heden next to a small forest that is frequently used by the school. WORK TASKS As a leisure educator/leisure center teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that the teaching at the leisure center is conducted in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum. Everyone in the team must promote the development and learning of all students and offer each student safe care. As an after-school teacher, you are expected to collaborate with other staff at the school as collaboration is important to enrich the students' learning. You have competence in, among other things, democratic concepts and attitudes as well as social skills. By implementing these competencies in your daily work, you contribute to the development of the after-school program. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are a trained leisure educator or teacher specializing in leisure homes. But you who have 60 credits in pedagogy or the equivalent are also welcome to apply for this position. If you are a trained leisure educator/leisure center teacher, you are employed in the position of leisure educator and are responsible for teaching in the leisure center. If you have 60 credits in pedagogy or the equivalent, you will be employed in the position of resource teacher for after-school programs. As a leisure educator/leisure center teacher, you have good pedagogical insights into children's differences, you are also well acquainted with the school's and leisure center's governing documents and systematic quality work. We are looking for you who are clear and have good collaboration skills with a willingness to share your knowledge and experience.
