WORK TASKS We are looking for a committed and caring person who wants to be a practical support for a student with physical disabilities. The role involves supporting the student in the various activities of the school and creating the conditions for a safe and developing school time. Your tasks include, among other things, to; - Providing practical help during lessons, especially in practical subjects such as art, crafts and home economics. - Assisting with handling tools, materials and other tasks requiring fine motor skills. - Supporting the pupil at mealtimes, including help with taking food and handling cutlery. - Assisting with dressing and undressing of outerwear at arrival, break and dismissal. - Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that promotes pupil autonomy and participation. QUALIFICATIONS We would like to see that you have a pedagogical education or experience working in schools. Experience of working with children or people with disabilities is an advantage. You are practical and comfortable assisting in various practical tasks. You have the ability to be sensitive to the needs of the student and build a good relationship. You are patient, responsible and flexible in your working methods. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
