WORK TASKS At Sfi, we focus on strengthening students' language development and creating a clear link to working life. We adapt the teaching to the students' needs and life situation. For autumn 2025, we are further developing our organization to enable a combination of studies and work to an even greater extent. As of fall 2025, we are implementing a new flexible approach where teaching is adapted to meet the varying needs of students. We will continue to offer traditional classroom teaching for students who have the greatest need for structured teacher support, while strengthening flexible forms of study. As an Sfi teacher with us, you will: - Teach students in our new flexible approach, where work and study can be combined. - Support students' language development through varied teaching methods and digital tools. - Collaborate with colleagues, study and career counselors and other actors to strengthen the link between education and working life.
