The Individual and Family Care in Boden has an organization that aims to work with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with the clients and families to provide support in various areas. We work closely with our overall outpatient care team and through all the teams' close collaboration, it contributes to a safe as well as developing work environment for the employees. At Team Familj, social workers specializing in income support, family homes, family law/parenting, substance abuse/dependency/illness and children and young people work with the goal of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet. At Team Familj barn & unga, we are a group of social workers of different ages and with different previous professional experiences who together form a group where we complement the knowledge of the experienced with the new approaches of the slightly less experienced. WORK TASKS Every cog is equally important in our wheels as we work to investigate the situation of children and young people as well as grant and follow up various forms of support measures. The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. Our own supervisor provides a safe introduction for those who are new as well as close guidance in everyday life for those who feel more confident in the work.
