Social Administration's Individual and Family Care Team Individual
Team Individ within the Individual and Family Care Department works primarily with adults who, for various reasons, are in need of support and help to achieve a functioning life situation. The team consists of caseworkers with broad expertise in social work in general and specialist expertise in the areas of income support, substance abuse/dependence and LSS/social psychiatry.
We are looking for a social secretary specializing in adults for Team Individual based on the fact that one of our experienced employees will become a parent soon. The service includes handling cases regarding adults primarily with harmful use / addiction problems. Team Individual currently has 3.0 social workers who work with a focus on adults and 2.0 positions with a focus on young adults as well as a supervisor in the area on the authority side. They work in close collaboration with other functions on the team, Team Support - our overall outpatient care, other authority teams and external collaboration partners.

WORK TASKS
You will work with the exercise of authority, i.e. investigate, assess and make decisions based on current legislation in the area; the Social Services Act (2001: 453), the Act (1988: 870) on the care of addicts in certain cases and the Act (1990: 52) with special provisions on the care of young people, as well as being responsible for follow-ups and reviews of these decisions. Processing and documentation form a significant part of the work, as does collaborating internally and externally in various constellations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Social worker training or other training deemed adequate by the employer. Knowledge and experience in the field of harmful use / addiction as well as experience of exercising authority is an advantage. We are looking for a responsible, positive and flexible person who can contribute to making a difference for the individual user, the development of the business and a good working environment. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Driving license B is required.
Working conditions: Working hours 07:45-17:00. The business applies flexitime and summer and winter hours. Employees have one wellness hour per week if the business allows.
