WORK TASKS The scheduling and staffing support has a supportive role to the employer and is responsible for the daily staff planning in close cooperation with the two unit managers. You will collaborate with the Skills Management Unit on recruitment issues. Your main tasks are schedule management and administration of resource allocation within and between units. You have daily contact and collaboration with managers, basic staff and the skills supply unit. Other tasks may include: - Coordination and staffing planning of staff - Schedule planning together with the heads of unit, for example, vacation planning. You work in the business systems; Personec, TC pool and the daily planning tool. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with experience in municipal or regional operations. You have at least upper secondary education. Experience in working with personnel planning systems and scheduling is required. As the work requires interaction with other functions, you must be able to adapt easily to changing circumstances and be calm and stable in stressful situations. Computer literacy is a requirement as this is mainly an administrative position. You must be positive, outgoing and have good communication skills and the ability to handle several different tasks in parallel. You should be self-driven and enjoy working with scheduling. You must have the ambition to contribute with a high level of service. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
