As a special education teacher, you work to create the conditions for participation, accessibility and inclusion for students. You identify the need for interventions and work preventively to identify and remove obstacles in the students' learning environments. You collaborate with different professions to promote an accessible and inclusive learning environment. Your mission includes both pedagogical and student-oriented work. You guide, coach and support teachers both in the classroom and individually, but also work directly with students. By adapting teaching, you ensure that it meets the unique needs of each student.
