The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. In this role, you work, together with a special education teacher and our entire student health team, to create the conditions for participation, accessibility and inclusion for our students. You are a qualified interlocutor in matters relating to children and pupils' language/mathematics development. By analyzing students' results and mapping the school environment, you identify obstacles and opportunities, and propose interventions that support students' development, both at group and individual level. Your role will involve both pedagogical and student-centered work, where you will supervise, coach and support teachers both in the classroom and individually, while working directly with students. You will build relationships both internally and externally characterized by mutual respect and trust and you will meet students and guardians where they are. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained special needs teacher, you are collaborative, look at the whole of the common mission and are also independent and have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your mission without being dependent on others.
