WORK TASKS
The positions are permanent, scheduled working hours (day, evening and weekend). In the Staff Pool, Appendix D applies, which places great demands on flexibility, but also something that you are compensated for with a salary supplement.
In Housing and Support, your users may include both older and younger people with disabilities.
Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in the service user's own home, sheltered housing, short-term/holiday accommodation or a group home. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their daily life, leisure time and care tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Nursing and care program or nursing assistant training or interest in working with people.
It is an advantage if you have experience of working in health and social care. You are confident in documenting and using various systems needed in the work. You should have a good command of the Swedish language in speech, writing and reading comprehension, as it involves contact with users, relatives, documentation and reading of information related to the work.
It would be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of medication management and have had medication authorization.
Working in the Staff Pool places great demands on your ability to be flexible, therefore great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
B-driving license is a requirement
