Other tasks include providing advice, support and service to politicians, managers and others. In the municipality, the administrative processes are centralized and the financial support to the committees / administrations is therefore gathered with us in the finance department. We are now looking for a summer replacement for the finance department's accounting unit. You will be part of a team of 11 people working in the municipality's accounting and invoicing processes. WORK TASKS As a summer substitute in the municipality of Boden, your duties will consist of work within the municipality's supplier and customer invoice process and mail management. Other financial administration in the accounting area may also occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education in finance. You should be careful, have a high level of service, good collaboration skills and always have the customer in focus. In addition, it is meritorious if you have; - Supplementary course or training in current accounting / accounting. - Experience of handling customer and supplier invoices and ledgers in larger organizations. - Unit4's financial system Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
