Prästholmsskolan is a centrally located F-6 school located in the lower district of Boden. Integrated into the school is also the municipality's adapted primary school 1-6. The school has approximately 300 pupils. We have three after-school departments where the children have their education before and after the school day. We have parallel classes in each year group with a comparatively high staff density. The school is organized in different teams: F-3, 4-6, adapted primary school 1-6, after-school primary school and after-school adapted primary school. Our common vision is to give students security in everyday life. Pupils at Prästholmsskolan have good basic knowledge and have developed good social skills. This provides a good platform for life. Learning from each other in a multicultural context is a great asset of our school JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for you who want to work as a teacher at Prästholmsskolan! You will be responsible for teaching the subjects Swedish, Swedish as a second language and the SO subjects in grades 4-6. The position includes being a class teacher in grade 5. You are part of the team for the classes in grades 4-6 and work closely with your colleagues in the team where you support each other in the daily work and work systematically based on the governing documents, the school's routines for student health work. You contribute to the development of teaching and activities in general. Your duties include planning, implementing, evaluating teaching, mentoring and contact with guardians. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed primary school teacher with authorization to teach grades 4-6 in the subjects Swedish, Swedish as a second language and the SO subjects. Additional qualifications in other subjects are meritorious. You can work independently and have good social skills. You take responsibility and work with a clear commitment to students' academic and social development. You have a positive and professional approach towards students, parents and colleagues. You have good leadership with a clear structure in your teaching, clear and high expectations of your students and create good relationships.
