Hedens skola is an elementary school with about 260 students from preschool class up to year 6. The school is located 6 km from central Boden beautifully situated in Heden next to a small forest that is frequently used by the school. The school has two classes in each year group and two after-school programs. For many years, the school has designed and upgraded the working environment for both students and teachers. The focus has been on creating space in the room, so that the work environment can serve as an extra educator for the students, be easy to change and at the same time increase job satisfaction for both students and educators. The outdoor environment, the extensive schoolyard, is also under constant development. The school has a well-functioning recess program with activities for the students. We want to give our students the courage and skills to meet the opportunities and challenges of the future. We believe that people learn from and with each other, in different situations and environments, and that social interaction is an important piece of the learning puzzle. At the school, there is collegial learning where we utilize and share knowledge and experiences with each other. We are actively working to take part in current research and development WORK TASKS For Hedens skola we are now looking for a 4-6 teacher for teaching the subjects NO, SO and Bild Your daily work includes planning of teaching, assessment and documentation of students' development and feedback of students' knowledge development to students and guardians. You will be part of a team with other teachers, leisure educators and special educators. QUALIFICATIONS You have a teaching degree with authorization to teach NO and SO grades 4-6. We are looking for you who are interested in collegial learning and school development. You have good knowledge and a passion for your subjects. You help students to develop and succeed. You are familiar with the curriculum and other governing documents. You are self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and see opportunities in each student's individual development. You are able to establish and maintain professional and trusting relationships with students, guardians and colleagues. You are highly communicative and interactive, socially responsive and highly motivated to the teaching profession. You also have the ability to self-reflect and analyze. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. OTHER Please enclose a teaching certificate or diploma. An extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school. OTHER We value age and gender balance and diversity in all professional areas.
