WORK TASKS Individual and family care in Boden municipality is a workplace with a high tempo and nice colleagues. We have external supervision and offer continuous training. In addition to this, development work is constantly underway with adaptation to social changes and changes in legislation. Team Mottagning has sixteen competent and committed employees. As Team Manager, you are part of the organization's management team together with the operations manager, quality manager and other team managers. Duties and responsibilities -As Team Manager, you will be responsible for running and developing the business and be responsible for staff, work environment and finances. -Together with colleagues, develop the business in accordance with legislation, current evidence and in accordance with assignments from political leadership. -Responsible for processing, documentation and planning. Follow-up and quality assurance of activities are carried out in accordance with current legislation, guidelines, procedures, timeframes and rules of delegation. -Work management and supervision of staff. -Budget and work environment responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS Qualification requirements are a social worker degree and broad experience of working in the various areas of activity of the social services Individual and family care and knowledge of current legislation. You have worked as a manager or supervisor in the exercise of authority, preferably have a documented leadership training and experience of working in a politically controlled organization. As a person, you take initiative, act with confidence and work in a solution-oriented manner to adapt, develop and run our operations. You are a good collaborator both internally and externally, you are clear in your communication, and you are able to convey your message fluently both orally and in writing.
