We are now looking for a temporary alarm coordinator for our Safety and Security Center (TSC) who wants to be involved in developing our welfare technology - an important role where you make a real difference in people's everyday lives. The position is located within the TSC, as part of the rescue department in the municipality of Boden and functions as a modern, 24-hour manned alarm center. It handles social alarms, fire and burglar alarms, personal alarms, operational alarms and camera surveillance. By bringing together several of the municipality's alarm services under one roof, TSC contributes to increased security, better coordination and more efficient alarm management for both residents and businesses. WORK TASKS As a substitute alarm coordinator, you will mainly work with the municipality's welfare technology solutions with a focus on creating security for people in ordinary housing - what we call home care. In the role, you are mainly responsible for our digital security solutions, for example: - Social security alarms and digital locks - Digital supervision - GPS technology - Digital medicine cabinets and medicine dispensers You will work on everything from administration and installation to troubleshooting and simple repairs. The role involves close interaction with care staff, care recipients, suppliers and property owners. This requires that you can take on the assignment with a sense of good treatment and service. In this role, you will normally be based in Åcenter, where our alarm organization is located. As the TSC unit also includes alarm operators who, among other things, handle incoming social alarms, you can eventually be introduced to this work as well. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: - At least an upper secondary education. Training as a nurse is considered an advantage - B-driving license - Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you: - Have education in welfare technology - Previous experience or training as a technician, fitter or similar To succeed in the role, you need to have a good attitude, be responsible and enjoy working both independently and with others. You are practical, solution-oriented and have a structured way of working. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Practical elements may occur as part of the recruitment process.
