QUALIFICATIONS We prefer that you are a licensed teacher with a Swedish teaching degree or that you have a documented foreign teacher education. If you do not have a teaching degree but can show that you have another suitable university education, it can go a long way. You have very good knowledge of Swedish equivalent to Swedish 3/Swedish as a second language 3 or Swedish B/Swedish as a second language B. It is an advantage if you have work experience from the Swedish school system and are familiar with the Swedish Education Act and the curricula for the different school types. We therefore expect you to share the core values and be able to realize them in word and deed. You are a good leader in the classroom and can build trusting relationships with students, colleagues and management. Digital literacy is also an advantage.
