The student groups in adult education are often small and the teaching is always based on and designed according to the needs and prior knowledge of the students. Working in adult education requires flexibility, but at the same time provides great opportunities to influence your own working day. A large part of the communication with our students takes place via a digital learning platform. We assume that you feel comfortable with it and can naturally use digital learning resources in teaching. We believe that you are a person who sees potential in each individual student and can help them achieve their goals through good dialog, relevant support and formative feedback. As we work with adult individuals, a flexible approach is a prerequisite for success in this role. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with authorization to teach Swedish as a second language at upper secondary level. Previous experience of teaching adults is a merit.
