We are now looking for Accounts Payable Assistants to join our team in Boliden.


Description of the role

The role is part of a team where you will be part of a new journey and together have the opportunity to influence the work and develop and improve processes. You will collaborate within the department but you will also have a large network of contacts throughout the organization where you support and support in various invoice issues. At Boliden, we are constantly challenging ourselves to develop and improve our working methods


In the role, you will work with, among other things:

  • Posting invoices that arrive from our suppliers
  • Checking that correct information and/or data regarding invoice payments are on invoices
  • Create payment files to bank
  • Ensure that the invoice number, date, reference, amount and coding are correct according to accounting policies and procedures
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to suppliers
  • Improvement work on processes and working methods


The position is a full-time permanent position, preferably located in Boliden, but for the right candidate, placement can possibly be solved at one of our other locations. Probationary period may be applied. Working hours are office hours.


Qualifications

You are committed and solution-oriented, want to develop and drive changes in the work forward while being enthusiastic and easily getting others on board. You are structured and meticulous and are quick to notice deviations in various flows.


You need:

  • At least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license


Meritorious is:

  • Accounting education or equivalent experience acquired in another way
  • A few years of experience from similar work
  • Worked in a change process
  • Worked in systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo, Basware or Bizview
