Your role:

In the role of Administrator in the Property Department, you will be responsible for ordering materials and services. You will manage invoices and check invoice documents against orders, administer contractor hours and perform other tasks in finance and administration. You will also be responsible for housing rental and be the contact person for cleaning issues in Aitik. The role includes development and continuous improvement of your area of responsibility and, if necessary, also help with administrative work for the Property Department.

Your team:

You will work in a committed team where cooperation and communication are key values. The position is a permanent position based in Aitik and the working hours are office hours. You will report to Head of Department Torbjörn Ahnqvist.

Your tasks:

  • Ordering materials and services
  • Invoice management
  • Administering contractor hours
  • Housing rental
  • Administrative support for the department

It is qualifying with...

  • High school education with a focus on economics
  • Computer skills and knowledge of the Office package
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driving license for passenger car

Experience in invoice management and the Maximo maintenance system is meritorious.
