Your role:

We are now looking for two automation electricians for the mining automation department. The position is an extension of the business and is part of a team consisting of various work groups working with automation in the mine's production facilities.

As an automation electrician, your role is to troubleshoot and work with maintenance in the mine's production facilities, but also new installation of equipment is part of the tasks. Probationary employment may be applied. Working hours are shifts 7-7 daytime underground.

Your team:

The mine automation department is part of the maintenance section in the mine and currently consists of ten experienced automation electricians. Thus, there is a broad collaboration with others in maintenance and continuous cooperation with production where we work together to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Together we strive to create a positive work environment where everyone contributes to common goals.

Your tasks:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment in the mine.
  • Ensure that all work complies with applicable safety regulations and standards.
  • Document and report work activities and any deviations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and safety.

Your contribution:

  • High school education in electricity or other equivalent education
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license
  • Good computer skills

More desirable is:

  • Experience of industrial work
  • Working in ABB's control system 800xA and Endress+Hauser's instruments
