Your role:

In the role of Construction Technician, you work with the daily maintenance of our properties. The tasks include planning for repairs, but also carrying out the work. You will inspect our facilities, for example in the form of roof inspections. You will be responsible for minor renovations in our facilities, including the preparation of related documents.

Your team:

You will work in a committed team where cooperation and responsibility are key values. Working hours are during the day and some of the work takes place outdoors. You will report to Supervisor Lars Olausson.

It is qualifying with...

• High school education with a focus on construction technology or concrete worker training
• Several years of experience in the work area
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license for passenger car

Experience with the Maximo maintenance system is meritorious.
