Your role:

In the role of Central Controller, you will monitor and help control production within the autonomous zone based on production targets and all available information in the control room. You watch over all manned and automated vehicle movements inside the area and assign tasks to the autonomous trucks to optimize production. You are also responsible for granting access to the autonomous zone. With us, all employees actively participate in achieving a safe and good working environment where health and safety issues have the highest priority.

Your team:

You will work in a dedicated team of 10 Central Controllers where cooperation and responsibility are key values. In this role, you will work closely with Dispatchers and manage production together with them. You also collaborate with Production Managers and Pit Patrollers who are your eyes out in the autonomous zone.

We are looking for 3 Central Controllers where the positions are for permanent employment. The working hours are based on so-called K3, morning, afternoon and divided night week. You are directly subordinate to the Operations Manager, Victoria Larsson.

It is qualifying with...

  • High school education
  • Experience in control rooms and/or mining production
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Driving license for passenger car

It is meritorious with good computer skills and knowledge of the Maximo maintenance system.
