We are looking for you who are interested in a temporary position as a Communications Officer with us in the Boliden area, starting as soon as possible and tentatively until May 2026. This is an opportunity for you who are new to the role or more experienced in communications and are curious about a career in Boliden.

Your role

The Boliden area consists of three mines (Kankberg, Kristineberg and Renström) and a concentrator. As a temporary Communicator with us, you will work with planning, executing and following up our internal and external communication. You will also have a key role in improving our internal communication and implementing a new communication system (way of working).

Your team

You will be part of an HR team, working closely with our HR and Communication Manager and the Boliden Area Management Team, and be part of the Boliden Group's communication network, which will support you in your work and give you the opportunity to develop in your role. Your tasks

  • Operative and some strategic communication work
  • Plan and produce content such as text, image and film for the Boliden area's internal and external communication channels
  • Develop and implement a new communication system (way of working)
  • Support and coach the business with communication planning, development and implementation of communication activities
  • Responsible for sponsorship partnerships

Your contribution

  • Interested in internal and external communications, curious and enjoy planning messages to suit a specific audience
  • Experience and a flair for making complex information easy to understand
  • Ability to make connections, identify upcoming events in the business and tell about these in a way that arouses interest and commitment in our target groups
  • A very good ability to express yourself in writing and orally in Swedish and good language skills in English
  • High school diploma and B driving license

It is a merit with a degree in media and communication science from college / university or education and / or experience that the employer considers equivalent.
