Your role

We are expanding our HR and Communications team in Garpenberg and are now looking for a Competency Developer. As this is a new role in our business, you will have the opportunity to build the role from the start. As a Competency Developer with us, you will play a key role in individual and organizational learning by developing and implementing training programs that strengthen our employees' competencies and career opportunities. In this role, you will coordinate the organization's internships and work-based learning. You will also support managers in training planning. You will be a driving force in creating structure and culture for learning within the company.

The role is a permanent position on site in Garpenberg with office working hours including flexitime. Some underground work will occur. Occasional travel may occur in the service. A probationary period may be applied. Access takes place in January-February 2025 or by agreement.

Your team

You will be part of our dedicated HR team that values collaboration, innovation and personal development. As a Skills Developer, you will be at the heart of the business, working closely with the mine's managers and employees. Important partners will be central training coordination, HR and IT and external training contacts.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement training programs
• Coordinate and develop our introduction processes
• Coordinate internships, internships and APL/LIA
• Analyze training needs and create tailored solutions
• Build and maintain ITstructures for competence and training
• Follow up and evaluate the impact of training efforts
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify development opportunities
• We see it as a matter of course to help each other, which is why other tasks in HR and communication may occur

Your contribution

We see that you have strong communication skills and pedagogical skills. You are curious and have a positive and solution-oriented approach to your work. You have an aptitude for analyzing needs and creating effective solutions, as well as a commitment to promoting an inclusive and learning environment.

You have

• High school education in relevant field
• B-driving license
• Swedish in speech and writing

Meritande is:

• High school education in pedagogy
• Experience in training coordination
• Experience from competence work, e.g. competence mapping
• Own experience from learning in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
