Contract Manager for Boliden

Your role

Boliden Sweden is looking for a committed employment law specialist who can interpret and develop IF Metall's collective agreements. The role includes coordinating employment law matters and supporting our HR departments, trade unions and other internal customers. You will be responsible for identifying and driving the development of processes within the agreement area and work proactively with business intelligence and needs analysis. An important part of the role is building trusting relationships with union representatives and supporting local HR departments on labor law.

You will also spend your days:

• Interpret and develop local collective agreements for Boliden's Swedish mines and coordinate these with Boliden's business area Rönnskär
• Negotiate, sign and develop local labor agreements
• Lead and participate in various HR specific projects
• Manage and develop IF Metall's salary model

The position is primarily stationed in Boliden or at one of our other locations and you report to the Head of Negotiations for Labor Law Sweden. Travel in the service may occur.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role, you have good communication and pedagogical skills when conveying information and knowledge in your area of responsibility.

It is qualifying with:

• University degree in HR, law or labor law or other experience in collective bargaining and negotiation deemed equivalent
• A few years of experience in labor law issues and trade union negotiations
• Communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driving license for passenger car

Experience from the mining industry's collective agreement for IF Metall, trade union negotiations and/or contractual issues is an advantage.
