Your role:
As a Controller with us, you will be an important part of our finance department and get to work close to one of the Boliden area's mines, Kristineberg. Here you get the chance to develop in a dynamic environment where your work will have a direct impact on our daily operations as well as our long-term development. In the role of controller, you will provide close support to the Kristineberg mine's local management team, section managers and supervisors in financial matters. You are involved in improvement work and help to identify and visualize how working methods and processes can be streamlined and developed for production and administration. In the role, you handle ongoing work such as reporting and performance analysis for monthly accounts, forecasting work for the current year and budgeting and long-term planning. The role also includes project follow-up where you will support the project managers and steering groups in financial matters.
Your team:
You belong to the finance and strategy department at the Boliden site and work closely with the team consisting of four controllers and a mining engineer. You also work closely with the Kristineberg management team and other employees on site. You will report to the Boliden Area Finance Manager and be based either in Boliden or Kristineberg, whichever is most suitable. As this is an active role with a focus on Kristineberg, you will be on site in Kristineberg a large part of the time.

The Boliden area in the mineral-rich Skellefte field in Västerbotten is where the first gold discovery was made, laying the foundation for a community and our business that has employed several generations of employees. Today, the area consists of the Kankberg, Renström and Kristineberg underground mines. There is also a concentrator and a leaching plant for gold and tellurium production. The number of employees in the Boliden area is currently around 650 people.
