Your role:

As a controller with us, you will have a central role in supporting and developing our business. Your position is broad and varied, where you will work with both revenue controlling and business-related financial work. You will be responsible for financial analysis and revenue recognition for Rönnskär, which includes developing and improving revenue models and forecasting tools as well as ensuring that our financial analysis and accounting activities follow Boliden's standards. In addition to this, you will work operationally close to the business and support managers and other operations from a financial management perspective. Your team:

You will be part of Rönnskär's finance department, which today consists of six controllers. Together with your colleagues, you will support Rönnskär's operational departments and group support functions. In the team, we work continuously to improve and develop processes, working methods and tools, and we value close cooperation where we support each other to achieve our common goals.


Your tasks:

  • Calculate revenue for financial statements, forecast and budget
  • Provide financial analysis and responsibility for revenue recognition
  • Analyze and monitor revenue
  • Develop and improve revenue models and forecasting tools
  • Support managers and other operations from a financial management perspective
  • Cost monitoring and follow-up of KPIs


Your contribution:

  • University or college education with a financial focus
  • Experience as a controller or in an equivalent role
  • Good understanding of accounting
  • Mastery of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
