Your role

We are looking for you who have an interest in technology and want to be involved in enabling future mining for Boliden in Kankberg. As a Diamond Driller with us, you will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic and supportive environment, where every day offers new challenges and lessons.

Your tasks

  • You will be the operator of our diamond drilling rigs and work with underground core drilling
  • Ensure that our diamond drilling rigs are in good condition and kept in operation through maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing
  • Work with a dedicated team of colleagues and have regular contact with service contractors and sometimes suppliers
  • Carefully document your work digitally and actively participate in our continuous improvement efforts
  • You will work in shifts every other week (Monday to Sunday even weeks) and varied morning and afternoon.

Your contribution

  • You have a high school diploma preferably with a technical orientation and a Bdriving license
  • You are fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
  • Your interest in technology and your curiosity motivates you to develop
  • You are communicative and have the ability to listen and share information
  • Your independence allows you to take responsibility and initiative
  • You can stay focused on the task and deliver task and deliver quality results
  • You can identify and solve problems to keep the business running
  • Your eye for detail helps maintain a high standard of work
