It is important that you work actively with health, environment and safety to contribute to a sustainable and safe workplace.

Your team:

You belong to the mine planning working group where you work closely with mine planners, mine geologists, mine engineers, planners and mine surveyors. You report to the head of the mine planning section. You work daytime above ground and your team that you lead works in shifts. Together we strive to achieve common goals, continuous improvement and world-class diamond drilling. We value an inclusive work environment where all voices are heard and where collaboration and support are key to success.

We are a company of responsible and creative people all working towards the same vision; to become the most sustainable and respected metal supplier in the world.

The Boliden area in the mineral-rich Skellefte field in Västerbotten is where the first gold discovery was made, laying the foundation for a community and our business that has employed several generations of employees. Today, the area consists of the Kankberg, Renström and Kristineberg underground mines. There is also a concentrator and a leaching plant for gold and tellurium production. The number of employees in the Boliden area is currently around 650. In Kankberg we are about 120 people.
