Your opportunity:

Are you passionate about digital communication and eager to make a difference? Join our Group Communication team at Boliden as a Digital Communication Specialist and be at the forefront of our digital communication efforts. This role focuses mainly on external communication through our digital channels, including content production, platform development and social media management. The position is based in our Stockholm Office.

Who you will work with:

You will collaborate with a dynamic team of communicators dedicated to enhancing Boliden’s overall communication. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling stories for our communication channels. You will also make sure our external communication channels are on brand, stay relevant and together with partners ensure technical maintenance and development.

What you will do:

  • Produce engaging content and support the organization in publishing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain a cohesive communication strategy.
  • Develop and enhance our existing website, ensuring technical advancements and relevant content, while overseeing the creation of a new external website.
  • Analyze statistics to understand and improve our digital communication efforts.
  • Oversee our social media strategy, including channel selection and content production, to maximize impact.
  • Ensure internal and external coordination for social media activities.
  • Analyze social media performance to understand the outcomes of various communication activities.

What you bring:

  • A relevant degree in communication or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role within a communications department and familiarity with B2B communication.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create targeted communication materials.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking.
  • IT skills, including experience with CMS tools and social media platforms. Experience with in-house production, such as recordings and editing, is beneficial.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Category B driving license.
