Are you ready to take on an exciting and varied role in HR? We are now looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our HRQC department at the Boliden site for a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible until fall 2025. We are looking for you who want to work in a supportive team where we together strive to develop both each other and our business.
Your role:
As HR Generalist at the Boliden site, you will play an important role in managing the recruitment process for vacation substitutes for the summer of 2025. You will support managers throughout the process and your duties will include handling applications, attending interviews, administering employment contracts and planning and conducting inductions and follow-ups. In addition to this, you will contribute to our overall recruitment by controlling tenure and recruiting fixed-term positions. We value collaboration and support each other, which means you will also have the opportunity to take on other HR tasks. If you are a self-starter with the ability to build good relationships, then this is the role for you!
