Your role:
We are looking for a committed and strategic employee who wants to take responsibility for managing and developing Boliden's land and forests, as well as ensuring access to the land needed for our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the land purchase process, contracts and other transactions regarding land needed for mining operations. You will also lead the sales process of forest products and manage the forests by hiring contractors for harvesting, thinning and forest management based on Boliden's policies and commitments. You are also driven to analyze, identify and implement continuous improvements. You will be part of the Land Use and Community Relations Department, a group of 6 people working on forest management, real estate issues, social sustainability, biodiversity and GIS (Geographical Information Systems) coordination, among others.
