Process Section Manager for the Garpenberg concentrator

Duties
As Process Manager for the Process Department in the Garpenberg concentrator, you will work closely with the business and lead a team of 6 people. You are responsible for planning, managing, allocating and developing in the concentrator, paste plant and environmental facilities (storage, nitrogen, fenton).
The assignment also involves working with the development and optimization of enrichment processes - both operationally and strategically. You will work closely with the mine, the technical department and also participate in joint customer meetings.
The process department includes the enrichment plant's process engineers and the laboratory staff. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the business develops and that results and budgets are achieved according to plan.
You will report to the Enrichment Manager and also be part of the Enrichment Plant's management team.
Education and qualifications
We are looking for you with a Master's degree in engineering or other equivalent education with a focus on mineral technology, chemistry or physics, with experience in enrichment plants or the process industry. We would like you to have experience in leadership and working with lean. As a person, you have good communication and collaboration skills with other people and you have a structured way of working. Initiative and the willingness to engage, inspire and develop staff at all levels is very important. You have good computer skills and can express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. The position is for an indefinite period, however, a probationary period may be applied.
