Boliden is going through an exciting time of change and development in HR. We are looking for a committed HR Business Partner who wants to join us and continue to develop our business. We are looking for you who want to work close to the business and coach managers in HR-related issues.

Your role:

You will have the opportunity to be a partner who supports, challenges and works out solutions together with managers in daily issues that may affect labor law, employee management, challenges and employee development. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide consultative support to managers in HR processes and you will work in a broad and business-oriented way. Your specialist area is work with employeeship and rehab. The position is a full-time, permanent position, located in Garpenberg. You will report to the HR Manager for the Garpenberg area.

Your tasks:

In your role as HR Business Partner, you will above all be a driving force in developing active employeeship and be specialist support in rehabilitation issues and other personnel matters. You will support and coach our managers in issues in the field of labor law and conduct union negotiations.

Together with your HRBP colleagues, you will;

  • Be close to business and management issues and contribute with HR perspectives
  • Contribute to leadership development and cultural development including work with inclusion and diversity

You will be part of a team where we see it as a matter of course to collaborate and help each other, whereby other tasks may be relevant according to the needs of the business. Participation in development projects and other HR initiatives may also be required.

Your contribution:

We are looking for someone with personal maturity and confidence, excellent communication skills, creative solution-focus and strategic ability. You need to have the ability and appeal to handle complex cases and support managers to find good solutions, taking into account labor laws, Boliden's policies and values. Furthermore, it is essential that you have an excellent ability to create good relationships, are professional and have a positive approach.

We see that you have a university degree in the HR field (or other university education or experience that we overall consider equivalent) and several years of experience from relevant qualified HR work. We expect you to have experience in supporting managers in complex HR matters. You have a very good knowledge of labor law and other relevant regulations.

A good system and computer skills and a B driving license are required. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
