Your role:

You will have the opportunity to be a partner who supports, challenges and provides solutions to managers on day-to-day issues that may relate to labor law, people management, employee challenges and development. As HR Business Partner you will provide consultative support to managers in HR processes and you will work broadly and operationally within your area. The position is a full-time, permanent position, located in Boliden. You will report to the HR Manager for the Boliden area. Travel in the service to our mines in the area occurs based on the needs of the business.

Your tasks:

In the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will:

  • Support and coach our managers in matters in the field of labor law and drive union negotiations.
  • Support in rehabilitation issues and skills supply.
  • Contribute to leadership and organizational development.
  • Be an active participant in the management team and contribute with HR perspectives.
  • Work with compensation and benefits and provide support on salary issues.
  • Participate in development projects and other HR initiatives as needed.

Your contribution:

We are looking for you who have:

  • An academic degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Good experience of broad HR work, preferably as HRBP in the industry or related industry.
  • Confidence in the role and used to working independently and solution-oriented.
  • A communicative and cooperative personality with the ability to build relationships.
  • A confident and trustworthy appearance in dialog with others.
  • Driving license for passenger car and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • Experience in change management and experience of working with collective agreements in the mining industry is an advantage.
