We are now looking for a new employee to join our team. The position is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible until the fall of 2025.

Duties
The position mainly involves managing the process for the recruitment of vacation substitutes for the summer of 2025. This includes e.g. taking care of the planning for the process, supporting managers to perform in accordance with it, as well as performing the related HR tasks such as handling applications, attending interviews, administering employment contracts, planning for induction, follow-up of the process, etc.
Another significant part of the service is to perform some of the tasks linked to our recruitment in general, e.g. checking employment periods, administering employment contracts and performing recruitment of fixed-term positions.
As it is a matter of course for us in the department to help and support each other, additional tasks may occur.
Education and qualifications
We are looking for you with a personal maturity, independent drive and structure for your work and very good communication skills. Furthermore, it is fundamental that you have an excellent ability to create good relationships, are professional and have a positive approach.
