About the role: In this role, you will be the heart of our HR department, ensuring that our processes are not only compliant, but also at the forefront of HR work. You will be the local partner working on our GDPR compliance. You will work with and develop our work with job architecture and salary formation together with other HR people within Boliden Sweden and Boliden Group. A large part of the role is also about collaboration with our employee organizations and being a support for managers.

We are looking for you who:

We are looking for you who have an HR education, preferably with a focus on labor law or experience that the employer considers equivalent. Experience of collaboration, agreements, salary mapping, labor law and GDPR is an advantage. We value that you are self-driven and enterprising, a good relationship builder and educational in conveying complex issues to what it means in everyday life. Experience of working in an industrial environment is a plus but not a must.
