Group HRIS Specialist

Are you passionate about enhancing processes and developing Human Resource Information Systems? Join Boliden as a Group HRIS Specialist and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a HRIS Specialist you will manage and develop our common digitalized HR processes in Workday together with process owners and business partners. You will be part of Group HR and our HRIS team, with the goal to unify and simplify the HR technology portfolio to support the Business. Together we can achieve more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy HR technology while improving our HR processes to align with business goals, offering guidance and consultation as needed.
  • Handle system administration tasks, including security maintenance, business process and tenant configuration, data loads, integration, and release analysis.
  • Support data accuracy and integrity through risk and audit activities, security assessments, and access reviews.
  • Identify and prioritize system enhancements to improve user experience, drive adoption, and maintain system health.
  • Collaborate on various projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Areas of Expertise: Within our HRIS team, work is divided into specialized areas, including but not limited to:

  • Employee Lifecycle, the staffing processes (Known as Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
  • Recruiting
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Talent & Learning
  • Reporting, Data & Security

All team members are encouraged to develop basic knowledge in multiple areas while specializing in one or two.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR operations, particularly staffing processes, with a strong interest in digital solutions OR
  • Experience in digital solutions coupled with a genuine interest in HR operations.
  • Experiences from implementing a new system (preferably within HR operations systems)
  • A problem solver who is innovative, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Employment Details: This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The role is based at one of our business locations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, or Ireland.
