Your role:

We are looking for a service-oriented inspection technician for Aitik who always strives to deliver with high quality. Are you a structured and social person with good planning skills? Then we want to know more about you! Apply now and ensure that our equipment is in top condition and that our processes comply with current legislation and safety requirements. You will work closely with our internal teams and external inspection bodies to ensure that all inspections and maintenance are carried out efficiently and accurately. The role includes developing plans for equipment subject to inspection and coordinating third party, lifting equipment and fall protection inspections for the whole of Aitik. You will work with some administration, but mostly actively in the field. The position is a permanent position with access as soon as possible and the work is scheduled for office hours.

Your duties:

  • Inspect pressure vessels, hoists, lifts and gates in conjunction with inspection bodies, which may involve working at height.
  • Assist in the repair, inspection and new purchase of chains, hoists and fall protection.
  • Administer and follow up inspection results.
  • Support the business with documentation for ongoing supervision.
  • Work in the Maximo system for handling work orders, purchases and spare parts management.
  • Establish instructions and procedures to support operations.
  • Active participation in operational safety work with incident reporting and risk assessments.

Your contribution:

  • Relevant university or high school diploma or several years of experience in similar tasks.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Driving license for passenger car.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Knowledge and experience in legislation and requirements for equipment subject to inspection as well as training in fall harness, skylift and traverse are meritorious.
