Your role:

In the role of Inspection Technician in Crusher and Freight, no two days are the same. It is a varied job in both tasks and work environment. You will carry out mechanical inspections on our crushers and conveyors using peripheral equipment. You will also maintain measurement protocols and document the results in our maintenance system Maximo.

Your team:

You will work in a dedicated team of 5 employees where cooperation and responsibility are key values. You actively collaborate with operations and maintenance organizations, but also with contractors.

Your tasks:

  • Mechanical inspections
  • Operational safety work
  • Systematic improvement work through root cause analysis
  • Maintaining measurement records and documentation.

It is qualifying with...

  • Secondary education
  • 3 years of technical vocational training and/or several years of practical experience as a mechanic in the paper/pulp or mining industry
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Driving license for passenger car
  • Computer skills

An SKF course, knowledge of hydraulics and/or knowledge of maintenance systems, preferably Maximo, is an advantage. The role includes drawing up inspection reports, reading instruction manuals and drawings, so experience of this is an advantage, as is knowledge of welding.
