We are in an exciting development phase and are now looking for an inspection technician for the Enrichment Plant. Is it you we are looking for?

Description of the role

As an inspection technician, you will inspect equipment in the Enrichment Plant and surrounding stations. You will work in the Maximo maintenance system, carry out inspections and make decisions on the operational status of equipment. You will analyze vibration measurement data and make recommendations to the maintenance section. Before and during repair stops, you are responsible for inspections and ensure that work is carried out correctly. You work on continuous improvement and propose new wear material. You actively participate in operational safety work, including incident reporting and risk assessments.

Your work consists of both systematic and operational elements. You optimize and create new maintenance plans, perform and quality check inspections, ensure compliance with warranty obligations and manage deviations. Financially, you compile needs and costs for inspections, participate in the budget work for the section and are an active party in the procurement and modification of equipment. Working hours are daytime with flexible hours.

Qualifications

We are looking forward to working with you who builds good relationships and collaborates well with other cross-functional teams. You are structured and able to plan your time independently without hindrance to be flexible as inspection takes place during daily operations and during repair stops. The role has some physical demands as work can take place on uneven surfaces, noisy environments, underground work and work at height.

It is qualifying with:

  • High school diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience of mechanical and/or inspection work
  • Computer and system skills
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driving license class B.

It is advantageous with experience of Maximo and knowledge of vibration technology and analysis of vibration data.
