Your role:

As an Inspection Technician, you will inspect equipment in the Aitik Processing Plant and other surrounding stations. You will work in the Maximo maintenance system, conducting inspections and making decisions on the operational status of the equipment. The work includes analyzing vibration measurement data and making recommendations to the maintenance section, as well as actively participating in operational safety work, including incident reporting and risk assessments. You will optimize and create new maintenance plans, perform and quality check inspections, ensure compliance with warranty obligations and handle deviations.

Before and during repair stops, you will be responsible for inspections and ensure that work is carried out correctly. You work on continuous improvements and propose new wear material.

Financially, you compile the needs and costs of inspections, participate in the budget work for the section and are an active party in the procurement and modification of equipment.

Your team:

You will be part of a dedicated team of 3 inspection technicians. You report to Supervisor Magnus Eriksson. Working hours are set to daytime with flex.

- Inspect equipment

- Analyze vibration measurement data

- Active operational safety work

- Quality review

- Carry out financial summaries.

To be qualified for the role, you have:

- Upper secondary education in mechanical engineering or equivalent education

- Experience of mechanical and/or inspection work

- Computer and system knowledge

- Communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing

- Driving license class B.

It is meritorious with:

- Experience in Maximo

- Knowledge in vibration technology

- Analysis knowledge of vibration data

The role places certain physical demands as work can take place on uneven surfaces, noisy environments, underground work and work at height.
