Your role:

Are you a problem solver with a passion for technology? We are looking for a committed junior IT technician who wants to be part of our dynamic team in Garpenberg. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology, work proactively and find solutions to problems that arise for our users and contribute to improving our IT infrastructure.

The position is a permanent position with us in Garpenberg. There is the possibility to work remotely if needed. Underground work occurs in the service. Working hours are office hours with flex. Probationary period may apply.

Your team:

You will be part of our IT team in Garpenberg and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. The IT department is part of Boliden IT Mines, where you will also collaborate with internal and external colleagues.

Your tasks:

• Lifecycle management of devices, such as PCs, mobile phones, tablets, etc. Support is provided both on site and via remote support to our users on site, including down in the mine.
• Provide solutions and improvements to the daily use for the end user.
• Server or network related work may be required.
• Overall management of tickets via our ticketing system ServiceNow.

Your contribution:

• A YA degree in IT or equivalent education.
• Experience in end user device management.
• Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• B driving license.

Additional:

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, ITIL, Intune, SCCM and other technologies.
