Your role:

As a Maintenance Developer, you will work on developing and improving maintenance routines to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. You will play a key role in ensuring that maintenance processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will interact with our mechanics, technicians and the operational safety group above ground and support the supervisor of the mechanics when needed. Initially, the collaboration will mainly be with the mechanics department, but in the future you will support the entire maintenance section above ground.

We are looking for you who have technical understanding and preferably with experience in maintenance development. You can work independently and have a positive attitude with a drive to develop and improve working methods. In order to thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a standardized and long-term maintenance mindset with safety first. As you will have a large collaboration network, we see that you are communicative and have a coaching approach.

Working hours are office hours Monday-Friday 07.00-15.30 above ground. There may be overtime in the event of, for example, breakdowns and UH stops.

Your team:

You will be part of a team of mechanics and FU mechanics who value collaboration and innovation. We work together to achieve common goals and support each other in our work. You will report to the supervisor of mechanics who are part of the above ground maintenance department.

Examples of tasks are:

  • Develop maintenance work in mec, FU and work instructions.
  • Develop the mechanics in knowledge in preventive maintenance
  • Daily work in the Maximo maintenance system
  • Participation in daily start-up meetings
  • Responsible for the improvement meetings within the department
  • Participation in safety work, risk analyzes, safety rounds and 5S.
  • Participation in root cause analysis linked to breakdowns/shutdowns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met in an efficient way.

Your contribution:

  • High school education in relevant field
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license
  • Experience with maintenance systems
  • Technical skills

More advantageous is:

  • Post-secondary education with a technical focus or engineering education
  • Experience of maintenance work in the process industry
