Job description
We are now looking for a full-time Maintenance Engineer based in Boliden, alternatively Garpenberg or Aitik. As an engineer for our part of the business, you are a key person in the development work to continuously improve our operations' working methods and work processes to increase our competitiveness. The work includes identifying and driving improvements with us and our internal customers, both in technology and processes. You support the various parts of the organization in their development in the improvement work through, among other things, standardization, method management, follow-up and goal management. The work requires a close dialog with leaders, employees and clients. This means that you like to meet people in their business and can move freely between our areas of operation in Sweden, Finland and Ireland, so travel is a natural part of the service.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have good knowledge and interest in the methods and principles of maintenance. It is an advantage if you have a few years of work experience from a similar role and good knowledge of mines and their equipment. You have a secondary education and preferably an engineering degree. You have an interest in technology, people and systems. You have a good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
To succeed and thrive in the role, you need to enjoy meeting people with different perspectives and experiences, and have good collaboration skills. Of course, we see that you are service-oriented and responsible. We also look for you to work methodically and have personal maturity. We colleagues really appreciate it if you contribute to spreading a positive atmosphere and joy, something that identifies our group. We offer an independent role with varied tasks. A B driving license is required.
