Maintenance Engineer

for the Crushing and Shipping Department

We are in an exciting development phase and are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer for the Crusher and Freight department. Is it you we are looking for?

Your role:

In the role of Maintenance Engineer with us, you will work with maintenance development and problem solving and be a key person in the work of increasing availability and operational reliability in our production facilities. The tasks include leading root cause analyses in the event of malfunctions on process equipment in order to conduct systematic improvement work together with the maintenance and operations organization.

The position is directly subordinate to the Section Manager Maintenance. The working hours are scheduled for daytime and travel in the service may occur.

Your duties:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will lead, plan and drive activities related to maintenance such as metrics, condition monitoring, life cycle plans, operating time measurements for time-based maintenance, investigations and projects.

The role includes driving work with "top ten" disturbances for the entire department and carrying out improvement work. You will also participate in the further development of our maintenance system Maximo.

You provide support in the work with our maintenance agreements. You work closely with colleagues and contractors, in the work on development projects and contracts for contractors. It is important that the collaboration works both internally (operations, storage, staffs, etc.) as well as externally.

Your contribution:

We see that you have a technical post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering and maintenance. Meritorious is if you have a few years of experience in similar tasks.

The work requires experience from working in maintenance systems and requires good knowledge of theories and methods for maintenance of heavy process industry, it is important that you have a solid interest in maintenance issues. It is of great importance that you have an analytical ability to be able to participate in developing maintenance work further in the future.

We are looking for you who are independent, as the work means that you plan your own time. You find it easy to collaborate and lead groups in various investigations/analyses. You are maintenance-oriented, structured and have very good analytical skills, and are strongly committed to various maintenance-related issues. The position requires that you can work unpretentiously, can cooperate well within all levels both internally and externally.

Driving license at least class B and that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.

Technical English is an advantage. If you have knowledge of our maintenance system Maximo, as well as knowledge and experience of mining production / process industry, it is also advantageous.
