Your role:

We are looking for a committed and driven individual with an engineering degree or equivalent work experience. In this role, you will drive improvement work, lead improvement meetings and interact with other functions. No two days are the same, which makes for an exciting variety of work.

Your team:

You will be part of a team of 11 people supporting maintenance, planning and preparation, working together to ensure a high level of operational reliability. The service is daytime and stationed in Garpenberg.

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to increased operational reliability through analysis and improvements.
  • Drive root cause analysis, improvement works and lead development projects

Your contribution:

You will ensure that the maintenance process is followed and develop the ways of working when needed. You will follow up the result by analyzing deviations and work with continuous improvements, corrective maintenance, quality deviations.
