Your role:
We are now looking for a driven and structured Maximo administrator for Aitik who is educational and has an ability to lead others. Do you have a talent for system issues and an ability to build good relationships? Then we want to know more about you! Apply now and become a key person supporting our employees in the Maximo maintenance and supply system. In the role of Maximo Administrator, you will improve our working methods in the system and manage administrative tasks. You will also play an important role in establishing a training structure and a wider network of Maximo superusers. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. Travel may be involved and the work is scheduled during office hours.
Your team:
In this role, you will be part of a small and dedicated team that values collaboration. You will be working towards the whole of Aitik and for everyone who uses Maximo, but the most frequent collaborations are usually with the purchasing and supply department as well as the various maintenance sections. Together we strive to create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcome and appreciated.
Your tasks:
- Provide administrative support in the system to employees from across the business.
- Participate in various projects, develop training materials and build visualizations in Power BI.
- Develop and implement solutions to recurring problems in the system.
- Ensure that all administrative processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Establish a larger network of Maximo superusers.
Your contribution:
- Relevant education, preferably in systems science, systems engineering, maintenance engineering or equivalent.
- Some years of experience in maintenance and storage systems, preferably with a focus on Maximo.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Driving license for passenger car.
