Your role:

This is an exciting position where you will play a central role in a team working on diamond drilling in the Kristineberg mine. You will have the opportunity to develop the service and influence how we work with our machinery. We offer a flexible job where you will support the business and be an important part of our team.

Your team:

You will work in a team of 17 people where the majority are diamond drilling operators and you will report directly to the supervisor.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for a part of the workshop
  • Service, maintenance and repair of diamond drilling machines and their parts
  • Preparation of parts for assembly
  • Support and assistance to the operators when needed
  • Core transportation and packing analysis of drill cores
  • Performing measurements for preventive purposes
  • Improvement work in the department

Your contribution:

  • Education in or experience with mechanical engineering
  • Experience in diamond drilling
  • Understanding of hydraulics and electricity
