Your role:

As a Mechanic at the Truck Workshop in Aitik, you will work with service and repairs of our mobile machines as well as component repairs. We are based in our workshop where we perform troubleshooting, repairs and general mechanical maintenance, but some of the assignment also takes place in the field. For the role of mechanic, we are looking for you who have a sense of the needs of the mine and a broad technical knowledge and interest. We see that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in groups. You are also careful, responsible and have your own initiative as well as a desire to develop and deepen your knowledge in the mechanical field.

Your team:

The work group is a positive and committed team consisting of six mechanics who work in the mechanical workshop, tire workshop and coil hall. It is an open and social team that values good cooperation and responsibility. We are now looking for two new stars to join our team!

The working hours are scheduled for daytime and the employment is for a permanent position.

Your contribution:

• High school education in automotive engineering or equivalent
• Experience with heavy vehicles
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license for passenger car

It is an advantage if you have good computer skills and knowledge / experience of the Maximo maintenance system as it is an important tool in the work. If you have experience in tire management, welding, machine electricity or hydraulic training, this is also a merit.
